Administrative "check in" holds are system holds that will prohibit a user from the "checkin" process. These administrative "check in" holds are in addition to any legal penalty as a result of the infraction.
1) Failure to Checkout by system mandated time:
1. 1st offense: 4 "participation" day administrative checkin hold
2. 2nd offense: 8 "participation" day administrative checkin hold
3. 3rd and subsequent offense: 12 "participation" day administrative checkin hold
4. Each subsequent offense within 1 year will be referred to Conservation Police Officer for further action.
2) Failure to follow occupancy rules:
1. 1st offense: 4 "participation" day administrative checkin hold
2. 2nd offense: 8 "participation" day administrative checkin hold
3. 3rd offense: 12 "participation" day administrative checkin hold
4. Each subsequent offense within 1 year will be referred to Conservation Police Officer for further action.
3) Failure to Checkout by system mandated time:
1. 1st offense: 7 day checkin hold
2. 2nd offense: 14 day checkin hold
3. 3rd offense: 21 day hold
4. Each subsequent offense within 1 year will be referred to Conservation Police Officer for further action.
4) Failure to Checkout by system-mandated time:
1. 1st offense: 7 day checkin hold
2. 2nd offense: 14 day checkin hold
3. 3rd offense: 21 day checkin hold
4. Each subsequent offense within 1 year will be referred to Conservation Police Officer for further action.
Accessing, traversing through, or occupying any training area, hunting area, fishing area, or closed area for any reason is strictly forbidden. Any person found within the boundary of any area closed to hunting, fishing, or boating will be ticketed by Security Forces personnel and placed on administrative hold from iSportsman. You may not park in any area closed to hunting, fishing, or boating to access an open asset.
